Braai Buffet Menu

The Braai Buffet Menu costs R650 per person, with a minimum of 20 guests and a 10% gratuity added to the bill. It gives the traditional braai format an Asian-inspired twist, with sides such as glass noodle salad with soy-lime dressing, charred corn and edamame salad, a build-your-own poke bowl station, chive and spring onion potato salad, and garlic loaves charred over the fire.

From the fire come teriyaki-marinated Karoo lamb chops, chargrilled sirloin with teriyaki and ponzu glaze, Sriracha and honey-marinated chicken wings, lemongrass and chilli prawn skewers, charred broccoli and grilled corn on the cob. Desserts include Rooibos panna cotta, citrus and chocolate ganache tart, and white chocolate malva pudding. The Braai Buffet is valid from 1 September 2026 to 30 June 2027.

Buffet Menus

The buffet collection offers three price points. Buffet Menu 1 costs R400 per person and includes artisanal breads, Asian slaw, a poke bowl station, chargrilled sirloin with exotic mushroom sauce, oyster and orange-marinated flame-grilled chicken, saffron fried rice, grilled vegetable bake, roasted potatoes, rosewater panna cotta and gluten-free chocolate brownie bites. A cheese and charcuterie platter can be added for R45 per person.

Buffet Menu 2 costs R525 per person, adding dishes such as Cape Yellowtail ceviche with ginger, lime and chilli, miso and ginger-glazed salmon, chargrilled sirloin, Cajun-marinated flame-grilled chicken, yellow noodles with seasonal Asian vegetables, Yuzu milk tart and coconut and lime cheesecake.

For the biggest spread of the three, Buffet Menu 3 costs R625 per person. Highlights include beef tataki salad, butternut and feta salad, grilled Shichimi-spiced salmon, rosemary-grilled lamb loin chops with teriyaki jus, Hoisin-marinated flame-grilled chicken, chargrilled broccoli, flame-grilled corn and three dessert options including coconut and lime cheesecake and Yuzu milk tart. These buffet menus require a minimum of 20 guests, carry a 10% gratuity, and are valid from 1 September 2026 to 30 June 2027.

Breakfast Buffet

Morning events have their own option too. The Breakfast Buffet costs R275 per person and is available daily from 06h30 to 10h30. The cold section includes seasonal fruit, smoothie shots, yoghurt, Bircher muesli, granola, cold meats, cheeses, charcuterie and line fish ceviche. There is also a pastry basket with breads, pastries, muffins, flapjacks and French toast, plus a hot buffet featuring crispy bacon, beef and chicken sausages, mushrooms, grilled tomatoes, mustard potatoes, chakalaka and eggs prepared to preference. Coffee, tea and fresh juices are included.

Sushi Canapes

For bite-sized events, the Sushi Canapé Menu includes classics and signature options. California rolls start at R13 for avo, R16 for prawn and R19 for salmon. Signature options include the Salmon Grenade at R30, Kuromai at R24, Take at R23 and the Umami Salmon Rainbow Roll at R30. The minimum order for any sushi item is 24 pieces, and orders must be placed within 36 hours of the requested time.

Set Menu Offering

Guests looking for a plated experience can choose the Set Menu, priced at R375 per person for two courses or R450 per person for three courses. Set menus must be booked at least 48 hours in advance, and a 10% gratuity is added to the bill total.
