Set Menu Special: Black Marlin is serving Comfort Food & Coastal Charm!

Winter dining gets a delicious coastal twist at Black Marlin Seafood Restaurant, where guests can enjoy a generous set menu designed for relaxed lunches, cosy dinners and easy-going celebrations.

The special is priced at R285 for two courses or R355 for three courses, giving diners the choice to keep things light or go all in with starter, main and dessert.

What’s on the Menu?

  • The menu begins with comforting starters including cream of butternut soup, finished with a hint of cream, steamed mussels in a fragrant tomato, garlic and herb sauce, or chicken livers sautéed in a rich peri-peri cream and served with toasted ciabatta.
  • For mains, seafood lovers can tuck into the Black Marlin Trio, featuring half grilled hake, calamari strips, five prawns and chips. Those craving something hearty can choose the slow-braised springbok shank, simmered in rich gravy and served with seasonal vegetables and mashed potatoes. A vegetarian pasta option is also available, tossed with seasonal vegetables in a light, flavourful sauce.
  • Dessert keeps the comfort coming with two classic choices: traditional malva pudding served warm with homemade custard, or chocolate lava cake with a rich molten centre and vanilla ice cream.
