Hazendal Wine Estate is raising a glass to a new chapter with its Estate Collection, a collection shaped by thoughtful farming, fresh vineyard thinking and a clear respect for the land.
The estate’s winemaking philosophy is rooted in planting the right vines in the right places, with a focus on drought-resistant varieties, responsible viticultural design and a move from conventional practices toward an organic future.
In other words, the wines are not just made to taste good. They are part of a bigger plan.
- The Hazendal Estate Carignan 2025 brings bright raspberry and pomegranate notes, layered with savoury hints of juniper, rhubarb and fennel. Priced at R995, it offers vivid acidity, fine tannin structure and a stony edge that keeps the finish beautifully focused.
- For white wine lovers, the Hazendal Estate Chenin Blanc 2025 delivers pear skin, flint and pink grapefruit aromas, followed by peach, nectarine and creamed pear on the palate. At R395, it is fresh, mineral and quietly polished.
- The Hazendal Estate Pinotage 2025, also R395, leans into wild berries, cranberry, blueberry and peppery spice. It is generously fruited but elegant, with fine-grained tannins and a refreshing red-fruit finish.
- Completing the collection is the Hazendal Estate White Blend 2025 at R395, offering yellow peach, Cape gooseberry, fresh cream, chamomile, marigold and fynbos honey. Bright citrus freshness gives it lift, while creamy acidity keeps everything balanced.
