🐟 A Butter Poached Sole follows, dressed in scallion-ginger and kissed with lemon & lime foam — all brightened up by a crisp Sauvignon Blanc 2024.

🦆 Things get a little richer with the Dry Aged Pan-Seared Duck Breast (hello, duck fat potato and java jus), beautifully grounded by a bold Shiraz Reserve 2022.

🧀 Don’t snooze on the Baked Brie & Pear Cheesecake — yes, you read that right — served with bacon chutney and chocolate-peppered tuile, paired with a silky Merlot 2018.

🍍 And to end? A dreamy Pineapple & Coconut Pudding with citrus ice cream and a tropical twist, balanced by the floral lift of Viognier Reserve 2022.
