Braais are a great local tradition in South Africa.
You and some friends can gather around a fire whilst cooking meat and talking about great things from the past. Although this may seem like an excellent time for most, setting up a braai can be more like a schlep to a lot of people. This is why there are braai restaurants in Cape Town. Now you no longer have to go through all the trouble of setting up a braai; you and your friends can just pick a spot, order your food, and have it delivered to your table with (most likely) even better tasting food than you could have made at home.
