There’s a new chef in town

Speaking of food, Mount Grace Country House as acquired a new chef.

Interminable globetrotter, master baker Stuart McClarty. Stuart has cooked as far afield as the slopes of the Himalayas, sojourning through the green hills of Hoedspruit and resting his feet in the comfort of his home kitchen. He’ll cook for them all – the celebrities or the average Joe who just wants to throw a fabulous dinner party. He’s old fashioned like that and takes his time to prepare the best dishes possible. He has developed a legendary sour dough as well as butternut ciabatta.

Stuart’s motto about food is to build with flavour. And we look forward to trying his culinary creations for ourselves!
