It’s all about Cheese at One Ingredient

July is going to be one cheesy month at One Ingredient! Matt Manning has teamed up with Luke Williams from The Culture Club Cheese to create the cheesiest menu in town. Five courses, all showcasing the finest local cheeses from South Africa. Have have a look at the menu below.
