MENU
– Fresh Figs and Handmade Fior di Latte Mozzarella on sourdough slices, with balsamic syrup. Spoons served with a soft lettuce leaf.
– Medium rare roast beef and home cured beetroot in mini wraps, with a horseradish creme. Spoons served with a soft lettuce leaf.
– Gluten-free corn fritters with homemade bacon jam.
– Fat slices of fresh cucumber with homemade peppered mackerel paté and a herb garnish.
– A classic cold soup with a twist – this is served in tin mugs
– Thai chicken and noodle salad with lots of fresh herbs and a tart dressing with a bit of a kick. Served in Chinese takeaway boxes with chopsticks
– Bites of pavlova delight.
