She was an elegant inspiration to the hospitality industry; she followed her dreams and was full of charm and generosity. The Mrs M Tribute menu features some of her favourite dishes and family recipes.
Mrs M built her collection of hotels based on her great passion for décor, gardening and of course, good food.
