Wine & Dine Series with Reuben’s & Nobu

One&Only Cape Town presents the 2016 Wine & Dine series with Nobu Cape Town and Reuben’s, where only the highest-rated and regarded wine farms will be joining chefs Dil Tamang and Reuben Riffel to pair their wines with the unique flavour combinations of both chefs.

Wine & Dine Evenings at Reuben’s

31 August 2016 – Buitenverwachting

One of Constantia’s finest, Buitenverwachting, will be the hosts on 31st August as winemaker Brad Paton brings his range of cool-climate wines to the party. One of the oldest estates in Constantia, Buitenverwachting marries old traditions with modern winemaking to make outstanding wines with character and longevity.

28 September 2016 – Simonsig

For many wine-lovers, Simonsig is all about the bubbles – ever since they made SA’s first MCC over 40 years ago. But winemaker Debbie Thompson and cellarmaster Johan Malan are also responsible for some of the Cape’s finest Chenins and Pinotages and on the 28th September they will be bringing them, and others, to Cape Town for a fine feast of note.

26 October 2016 – Stellenbosch Reserve

The end of October sees a new name from a much-older winery when Stellenbosch Reserve takes centre stage. This is a Rust en Vrede owner Jean Engelbrecht’s homage to the town he knows and loves, honouring its history and landmarks. The wines are sophisticated and elegant and diners are in for a culinary treat on the 26th October when Stellenbosch comes to the city.

Wine & Dine Evenings at Nobu

5 October 2016 – Hartenberg Wines

The Rhône-theme continues on 5th October when Hartenberg Wines bring their range of Shirazes -and more – to the table.
