The Capriole MCC is made of 100% Chardonnay picked early in January where the grapes are whole bunched pressed followed by a slow cold fermentation for 3 weeks. The nose shows complexity of roasted almonds, green apple zest and butterscotch, while the pallet is fresh and vibrant with ripe fruits, brioche and a well-balanced acidity. Simply beautiful.
