With fresh truffles shaved tableside and every course designed to showcase the earthy elegance of the season, this is a lunch made for food lovers who appreciate exceptional ingredients and world-class wines.

  • Priced at R550 per person, the experience begins with warm rosemary and truffle focaccia served with whipped truffle butter and parmesan dust before guests choose between wild mushroom arancini with truffle aioli or creamy burrata with roasted heirloom tomatoes and basil oil, each thoughtfully matched with wines from the Cape of Good Hope range.
  • A refreshing lemon sorbet cleanses the palate before the main course. Diners can choose slow-braised beef short rib with sweet potato purée, roasted shallots, red wine reduction and truffle jus, or handmade truffle tagliolini with Parmesan cream, wild mushrooms and generous shavings of fresh Black Perigord truffle. Each course is paired with carefully selected wines to complement the flavours on the plate.
  • Dessert brings the experience to a memorable close with a rich dark chocolate fondant served alongside vanilla bean gelato and truffle honey, perfectly accompanied by L’Ormarins Muscat D’Alexandrie.
