  • Embark on a culinary journey starting with the tantalizing Olive Poached Mozambique Tilapia, featuring lime pearls, roasted cauliflower puree, baby beets, cucumber, and delicate micro herbs.
  • For the main course, indulge in the exquisite Grilled Purdon Wagyu Fillet, accompanied by potato dauphinoise cubes, creamed mushroom, onions, tender asparagus, and a sautéed shitake & merlot jus. Vegetarians will delight in the Exotic Mushroom Arancini, crispy risotto balls paired with arabiata sauce, asparagus, toasted pine nuts, and herb oil. Alternatively, savor the comforting Chicken, Spinach & Feta Lattice, served with homemade tomato sauce, roasted baby carrots, blackened baby onion, and fragrant herbs.
