Led by Executive Chef, Malika van Reenen, Signal Restaurant draws on influences from the many nationalities and customs that have shaped this region since being settled in 1652; namely Dutch and British settlers, French Huguenots, Asian traders and African cultures.

During the summer the Cape Grace hotel are bringing you an excellent summer tasting menu at Signal Restaurant. The tasting menu paired with wines is available for R825; without wines for R540. A vegetarian option of the tasting menu is also available for R495 or R780.
