Trees restaurant is a superb, contemporary-style 80-seater restaurant with fireplace and intimately screened tables. Meet for pre-theatre/symphony concert meals, or breakfast overlooking the cityscape. Maestro Stefan conjures eclectic menus featuring classic South African flavours with a global gourmet twist. Try his slow-braised oxtail, or his signature gooey hot chocolate pudding. Dining hours are from 18h30 with last orders taken at 21h15.
