- Travelling Thailand, next scheduled for 23 June, takes guests through the flavours of the Islands, Central Plains, and Northern Thailand, while the South-East Asian class on 30 June celebrates bold dishes from Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Korea, Vietnam, and Cambodia.
- For those drawn to deeper, savoury flavours, The Art of Korean Cooking on 7 July explores a cuisine shaped by ancient agricultural and nomadic traditions, natural environments, and evolving cultural influences.
