  • For the main course, choose between the dry-aged beef sirloin with wild garlic potato fondant, grilled artichoke hearts, coconut-lavender marshmallow, and red grape jus, red drum sea-bass with white truffle pommes dauphine, cauliflower, zucchini blossom salad, or grilled cauliflower with white bean and almond velouté, African red pepper pesto, sunchoke, and salsa verde.
