Small Bites, Big Flavour: Dim Sum lands at Culture Wine Bar

Culture Wine Bar is keeping things simple this March with a pop-up that pairs two things that rarely miss: dim sum and good wine.

On 20 and 21 March, from 12:00 to 21:00, South China Dim Sum Bar takes over the kitchen for a short, focused collaboration built around flavour and balance.

The format is straightforward. Four dim sum options, done well, served alongside a considered list of wines by the glass.

  • The pairing is intentional. Each wine has been selected by Chef Ed to complement the menu, making it easy for guests to move between bites and sips without overthinking it. It’s less about formality and more about enjoying how well the two work together.

The setting does the rest. Culture Wine Bar leans into a relaxed, come-as-you-are atmosphere, making it just as suitable for a quick lunch as it is for a longer, unplanned afternoon that turns into dinner.

There’s no need to commit to a full evening. Guests can drop in, order a few plates, and move on, or settle in and make a proper outing of it. Bookings are available via Dineplan for those who prefer to plan ahead. For a weekend that’s equal parts casual and considered, Culture Wine Bar offers a clear invitation: take a seat, order something small, pour something good, and see where it goes.
