Join Harringtons Cocktail Lounge for an evening of wine-tasting and supper with Laborie Estate.
Laborie Estate is a historic wine estate dating back to 1691, located beneath the foothills of the majestic Paarl Rock. With its combination of old-world charm and modern facilities, Laborie offers a unique wine-tasting experience that combines tradition with innovation.
They produce beautifully handcrafted wines made in the elegant French style for over 300 years. Each vintage is unique, characterised by a great aroma, elegant style, and depth of flavour. The estate’s topography reflects the great diversity of the Paarl Valley, capturing the wine’s balance between flavour, structure, and texture.
For R250, every Wednesday during April guests will enjoy a three-course meal, an aperitivo glass of wine on arrival, an appetizer, main dish selection, a glass of wine of their choice from Laborie wines, and a petit four dessert.
- The wine selection for the tasting includes Laborie MCC Blanc de Blanc, Laborie Chenin Blanc, Laborie Rose, Laborie Shiraz, and Laborie Cabernet.
The wine evening of Supper and Tastings includes a full dinner option as well as the tapas and tastings option and add-on wine tasting. For only R80, guests can also choose to participate in the wine tasting alone.
Harringtons Cocktail Lounge offers luxurious booths where guests can sip and savour Laborie Estate’s premium wines with friends or colleagues after work. The lounge is open from 4 pm, and happy hour specials are available from 4-6 pm, including half-price tapas.
