RAD Paarl Breakfast Run to Bike Forge: A Scenic Ride, Great Food, and the KTM 1390 Reveal

At Bike Forge, the journey matters just as much as the destination, and on Sunday, 19 April, both are well covered.

The RAD Paarl Breakfast Run sets off from Paarl for a relaxed, scenic ride through some of the Cape’s most rewarding roads.

Riders meet from 08:00 for coffee and a quick catch-up before rolling out at 08:30, heading along Du Toitskloof Pass, through Rawsonville, Nekkies, and Worcester, before finishing in Tulbagh.

  • The ride is designed to be easy-going and inclusive. All bikes are welcome, and it’s fully pillion-friendly, making it just as suitable for a social outing as it is for a proper Sunday ride. The only requirements are simple: arrive fuelled up, and make sure your bike is roadworthy.

At the finish line, Bike Forge takes over. It’s more than just a stop, it’s a place to settle in. Riders can refuel properly with breakfast, ease into lunch, or even stay on for dinner if the day stretches out. Expect a laid-back atmosphere, good food, and plenty of time to talk bikes.

There’s also a little extra incentive to stick around. The new KTM 1390 Super Adventure S EVO will be on display, giving riders the chance to take a closer look at one of the most talked-about machines of the moment. It’s a simple plan. Ride out, enjoy the road, and end somewhere worth staying.
