Our two favourite carbs.
Burrata is famous for it’s Neapolitan pizza – cooked in less than 90 seconds in an oven, imported straight from Naples, that heats up to 500 degrees Celsius.
The dough is fermented for at least 48 hours to ensure great taste and easy digestion. The edges are “puffy” as well as crispy. The toppings are all careful combinations that produce taste sensations. The mozzarella cheese is made in house at the restaurant, as are the truffle spread, salsiccia sausage and pulled pork.
Okay, it’s time to eat pizza now!
Come to Burrata on a Friday or Saturday (or both), order Salsiccia or Vacca Sacra pizza with a Stella Artois and pay only R145.
Move over wine. It’s time for beer to take the stage. Reserve your spot now.
