La Parada, The Arcade and HQ will be bringing you the ultimate Bree Street parkade takeover, BLOCK PARTY!
The debut event will take place on Sunday 7th May 2017 in celebration of city life on Bree Street and surrounds. To showcase the best of city life, they have brought together an exciting selection of arts, music and food! This event looks to incorporate local businesses, artists and musicians into one festival, to showcase what Cape Town has to offer.
A great line up of DJs is confirmed, with headline performances by Strange Loving and Pascal & Pearce.

Bree Street Block Party is powered by RED BULL STUDIOS. Situated on Bree Street, they are perfectly placed to explore SA’s musical potential, aiming to be a platform for the vibrant local music scene. From already established artists to up and coming talent, they are interested in stoking the flames of creativity and providing resources for those making urban, electronic and alternative music.
There will be a variety of food vendors on the day, such as Moreish Eatery, Bootlegger and Dos Chido. Ukrainian artist, Ana Kuni, will be painting an incredible masterpiece live on the day at Bree. Charango will be hosting the VIP section, making for a premium experience at Block Party with delicious Peruvian tapas and bottle service.
