Kids Bootcamps at Val de Vie for the Holidays

Kids of all ages are welcome to join the fun fitness activities from 7 December to 11 January.

The aim is to get your kids strong and fit over the holidays to prepare them for sport activities in the first term in 2018. Kids will be divided into different groups according to their specific age requirements and ability.

  • Kids (4 – 6 years) // Aim: Develop hand-eye coordination, balance and gross motor skills.
  • Kids (7 – 12 years) // Aim: Develop core strength, coordination and balance. Improve posture and flexibility.
