On the 27th of April, Maropeng will be hosting a delicious buffet to celebrate Freedom Day. Sit on the deck and soak up the breathtaking vista of the Witwatersberg and Magaliesberg mountain ranges. A ticket to the event costs only R150 per person with children only having to pay R100. Also make sure you have some time to visit the museum to learn more about the Cradle of Humankind.

Coleslaw salad with tangy mayonnaise
Sweet & Spicy beetroot salad
Three bean chakalaka salad

Your choice of protein: beef strips, pork strips, seafood, chicken strips
Prepared with: soya, thai sweet chilli, bbq, sweet & sour, teriyaki, honey & mustard sauces
Add a flavour profile: crushed garlic, crushed ginger, crushed black pepper, crushed chilli, coarse salt
Vegetable selection: red onion, carrots, baby marrow, peppers, leeks, spring onion, baby corn, aubergine
served with basmati rice or noodles
