Priced at R395 per person, the menu starts with a welcome glass of Villiera Sauvignon Blanc or Villiera Merlot, followed by a choice of starter, main course and dessert. With seafood, steak and tempting sweet finishes on the menu, there is plenty to look forward to before the first glass has even been poured.
- For starters, diners can choose Plum Tomato Caprese with basil pesto, aged balsamic pearls, fresh basil and toasted pine nuts. The Prawn Risotto Milanese brings together saffron, lemon zest, 18 spices, herbed oil and Parmesan crisps, while the Herb-Crusted Arancini pairs wild mushroom and smoked mozzarella with truffle aioli and pea purée.
- The main courses offer three distinct directions. The Char-Grilled Rump comes with herbed oil, sweet potato fondant, sautéed green beans, glazed baby carrots and red wine thyme jus. Seafood lovers can opt for Pan-Fried Kabeljou with gnocchi à la Putanesca, broccolini, kale, charred lemon and dill lime beurre blanc. Alternatively, there is Spinach & Ricotta Cannelloni, served with confit tomatoes, creamy basil, brown butter, sage and toasted walnuts.
- Dessert leaves room for one final decision. The Orange Crème Caramel combines strawberry cream, sticky toffee, blood orange and pistachio, while the Coffee Hazelnut Panna Cotta is served with blueberry compote, fresh seasonal berries and almond crumble.
