Led by experienced instructors Belinda and Daniela, this 75-minute session combines the best of Pilates and Yoga to create an invigorating flow that will help you connect your mind, body, and breath.
The class takes place in a secluded area with stunning views of the Zwartkops mountains as a backdrop.
After the session, participants will be treated to a well-deserved glass of chilled Prosecco, enjoyed at the foot of the mountains overlooking the lake. The registration fee of R350 per person includes tea/coffee on arrival, the 75-minute Pilates and Yoga session, a “Wild To The Core” branded flute glass, and the first pour of Prosecco.
All you need to bring is your Pilates/Yoga mat, a small sweat towel, a bottle of water, and a sense of adventure. The class is suitable for all levels, and Wild To The Core’s team of dynamic individuals have a deep passion for sports, nature, and the outdoors. Their ethos is to celebrate movement and help stabilize, strengthen and stretch your body, while also helping to recalibrate, realign and rejuvenate. They train everyone from beginners to endurance athletes who are looking to improve core strength, stamina, and durability, as well as overall health and well-being.
Pilates improves flexibility, balance, agility, body alignment, core strength, and movement patterns. Our 55-minute Pilates session will be followed by a 20-minute vibrant Vinyasa Yoga flow session, to give you a holistic high-energy workout and a well-balanced body session.
