Think deliciously bittered food and drinks by some of the best in the business! The Mootee Bar team will surprise you with Angostura aromatic bitters inspired cocktails whilst Jozi’s very own S. Pellegrino Young Chef, Vusi Ndlovu, will provide a taste sensation like no other by incorporating bitters into his finest foodie creations yet. Vusi definitely lives up to the reputation that he has built as a chef who challenges the norms and pushes boundaries to produce unique and astonishing dishes.
As the number one young chef in Africa, his mantra is to develop his team … in such a way that they don’t do things out of fear but out of respect – aweh to that!
