From Global Trade to everyday Wellness: The Conversations coming to The Good Life Show

From global trade to everyday wellness: The conversations coming to The Good Life Show

The Good Life Show Johannesburg will bring together leading voices across food, agriculture, retail, business, wellness and conscious living as part of the Africa Food, Wellness & Lifestyle Trade Summit 2026.

Taking place from the 18th to 20th September at Sandton Convention Centre, the three-day programme will explore the opportunities, challenges and ideas shaping the way Africa produces, trades, eats and lives.

  • From unlocking international markets and helping SMEs scale, to understanding retail trends, climate-smart agriculture, healthy food choices and everyday wellness, the initiative is designed to spark meaningful conversations and provide practical insights for both industry and consumers.

Heidi Warricker from Live Events says: “The future of food, business and conscious living in Africa will not be shaped by one sector or one solution. It will come from collaboration, by connecting producers with markets, ideas with investment, and consumers with better choices. The Trade Summit creates a space for those conversations to happen, but more importantly, for meaningful connections to translate into real opportunities, stronger businesses and more resilient systems across the continent.”
