Celebrate the end of 2021 in style. 

Ethos is a casual, yet fine dining venue in the excellent hands from the internationally recognised Chef Luke Dale Roberts from award-winning Pot Luck Club and acclaimed fine dining restaurant The Test Kitchen, as well as the talented Chef Ken Phuduhudu, who worked alongside Luke at The Test Kitchen.

Ethos restaurant is an honest restaurant, and the food will be honest… honest food is authentic, cooked with love, highlighting, not masking the main ingredient and “purpose” of the dish. Diners can expect to indulge in some delicious dishes in a luxurious and dramatic setting, which includes sweeping arches, grand columns, impressive Italian marble and a soothing neutral colour palette with brass accents.
