The starter selection includes Coal-Roasted Prawns, served with pea purée, apple salsa and marinated tomato. Panko Goat’s Cheese comes with grilled pear, rocket, red pepper romesco, walnuts and mustard dressing. There is also Mossel Bay Springbok “New Style”, featuring hot sesame oil, ponzu, rocket, chilli, garlic and fresh ginger.
For the main course, diners can choose Chalmar Beef Fillet with cauliflower purée, wild mushrooms, green peppercorn sauce and crushed new potatoes. Butternut Gnocchi brings brown butter, pumpkin pesto, balsamic, basil, Peppadew and Parmesan to the plate.
