The third course features coal roasted lamb loin served with confit sweet potato, creamed parsnip, charred onion and a rich bone marrow sauce. - To finish, guests can indulge in an elegant Apple Tatin, accompanied by raw fynbos honey, lavender ice cream, Fabri cherries and berry meringue. The dessert is complemented by Boschendal Luxe Nectar, bringing the evening to a memorable close.
