Guests are welcomed with an elegant opening featuring grilled scallops, accompanied by Granny Smith apple salad, celeriac chutney, lobster jus, crispy salmon roe and freshly baked brioche served with maple and pear butter.

- The first plated course introduces pancetta wrapped sweetbreads, served with smoked tomato compote, shiitake mushrooms, pomme purée Robuchon and crisp pork crackling. Rich flavours are balanced beautifully by Boschendal 1685 Chardonnay.
- Seafood takes centre stage for the second course with seabass, accompanied by artichoke and green olive barigoule, carrot escabeche, cauliflower purée and butter poached prawns. The dish is matched with Boschendal Chardonnay Pinot Noir, highlighting the wine’s freshness and elegance.
- A refreshing litchi sorbet and lime granita palate cleanser prepares guests for the main event. The third course features coal roasted lamb loin served with confit sweet potato, creamed parsnip, charred onion and a rich bone marrow sauce. This hearty winter dish is paired with Boschendal Nicolas, a fitting partner for the robust flavours.
- To finish, guests can indulge in an elegant Apple Tatin, accompanied by raw fynbos honey, lavender ice cream, Fabri cherries and berry meringue. The dessert is complemented by Boschendal Luxe Nectar, bringing the evening to a memorable close.
