This exclusive event, priced at R590 per person, promises a memorable culinary experience featuring a five-course meal meticulously paired with six exceptional wines from Thelema Mountain Vineyards.
What’s on the Menu?
- Upon arrival, guests will be welcomed with a glass of Thelema Cap Classique Brut 2017, setting the tone for the evening.
- The journey begins with an amuse-bouche of Gooseberry Salsa, Salami Roses, and Balsamic Glaze, perfectly complemented by Thelema Sauvignon Blanc 2023.
- The starter features a rich Tomato & Basil Soup with a touch of cream, Kalamata Olive Tapenade, and a crispy crouton, paired with Thelema Chardonnay 2020.
- The first course follows with Seared Salmon served alongside a Warm Quinoa Salad and Lime Saffron Beurre Blanc, accompanied by the smooth notes of Thelema Merlot 2020.
- For the second course, guests will enjoy succulent Lamb Chops Grilled with Sea Salt, Roasted Pomme Fondant, Crunchy Garden Vegetables, and Mint Sauce, enhanced by the robust flavor of Thelema Cabernet Sauvignon 2018.
