With winter approaching, we’re all looking for ways to keep warm and enjoying a wonderful glass of red wine in the comfort of your own home, tugged into a warm blanket is definitely a great way. 2 x Cabernet Sauvignon 2018
Intense mulberry & blueberry aromas mingle with dark chocolate and are supported by hints of Christmas spice, cedarwood & violet. A textured palate shows great broadness and proceeds to a long, vibrant, aromatic finish. Pairs well with beef bourguignon.
2 x Shiraz 2018
Black plum, cranberry & blackberry notes merge with spice nuances of cinnamon, cloves & black pepper. The velvet tannins lead to a plush mid palate and smooth, aromatic finish. Great with any red meat dish, but especially venison and Springbok shanks.
2 x Malbec 2019
A plush nose of sweet cherries and creamy plums is enhanced by hints of chocolate and blue violets. The refreshing palate displays a chalky mid palate and smooth, vibrant tannins that leads to a lively finish. An excellent match for duck or beef fillet.
