It’s the time of the year, where upmarket restaurants across the country will offer their menu at reduced prices either for lunch or dinner. Seats have to be pre-booked in advance through the Restaurant Week online portal.

The culinary panorama in the Mother City has been elevated with the opening of Urchin Restaurant located at The Hyatt Regency, Cape Town on Buitengracht Street.

There is a complexity to achieving true simplicity in a restaurant setting. It is an art.
