Harringtons Cocktail Lounge is thrilled to announce its upcoming wine partner, Haute Cabriere, for their Shades of Chardonay themed dinners in May.
Haute Cabrière is a family-led winery that has deep roots in Franschhoek’s wine valley, heritage, and community.
They are passionate about creating memories together through quality wines that explore Burgundian and Champagne varietals, generation after generation.
For the Shades of Chardonay event, Harringtons will be featuring a selection of Haute Cabrière wines, including
- Haute Cabriere Pinot Noir Rose,
- Haute Cabriere Chardonnay-Pinot Noir,
- Haute Cabriere Chardonnay Reserve,
- Haute Cabriere Unwooded Chardonnay, and
- Haute Cabriere Arnim Family Reserve.
For just R250, guests will enjoy a three-course wine dinner every Wednesday evening that includes an aperitivo glass of wine on arrival, an appetizer, a main dish selection, a glass of wine of their choice from Haute Cabriere Shades of Chardonnay wines, and a petit four dessert.
