The Yellowfin Tuna is caught daily in the South East Atlantic before being hand filleted keeping only the top loins. These Loins are then put on ice shortly after being caught. Caught Online collect the Tuna in the morning and deliver it that same day, allowing for truly fresh Tuna with a beautiful deep red flesh.
