- Sweet and sour champagne poached prawn, cayenne pineapple mango salsa, passion fruit with Moet and Chandon Brut
- Kudu Carpaccio, imperial dressed rocket, brule d’oranges with 2008 Imperial
- Five-spiced sesame crusted duck breast, vanilla sweet potato and parsnip purée, dark chocolate oil, honey almond shatter with 2009 Imperial
- Moist chocolate and espresso brownie, XO sabayon, dusted ice-cream with Henessy VSOP
