Fabulous French 4-Course Dinner at The 41

They’re our favourite F-words.

What do you get when combine the flair of the French, a love for the Cape Town foodie scene and a spectacular beachfront view? The 41, the brain child of two dashing gents who loved our Mother City so much that they decided to set up shop here and bless us all with delicious French-South African taste fusions.

They’re going back to their roots on Saturday 27 July at 18:30 with a French 4-course dinner, champagne and cognac pairing evening. Moet Chandon and Henessey are linking arms with the restaurant owners to bring a fruity, fresh pairing experience you’ll remember for a long time to come.

Here’s what you can expect on the menu for R595 per person:

  • Sweet and sour champagne poached prawn, cayenne pineapple mango salsa, passion fruit with Moet and Chandon Brut
  • Kudu Carpaccio, imperial dressed rocket, brule d’oranges with 2008 Imperial
  • Five-spiced sesame crusted duck breast, vanilla sweet potato and parsnip purée, dark chocolate oil, honey almond shatter with 2009 Imperial
  • Moist chocolate and espresso brownie, XO sabayon, dusted ice-cream with Henessy VSOP

This is why we love the French. Reserve your table now to experience this taste symphony.
