The restaurant entered an exciting new culinary chapter with the appointment of Guy Clark as Executive Chef. Clark honed his skills in Franschhoek, India, Miami and California before joining Tintswalo in 2017. Sourcing local and sustainable ingredients is key to the cuisine that features fresh seafood and ethically sourced game and meat dishes. Special tasting menus include ‘Ocean & Ash’, as well as a Vegan option to offer a new perspective and a unique taste experience – with dishes that are simple yet sophisticated, and beautifully presented.
