The evening will start with a welcome drink and will move on to an Amuse – Bouche, a starter of West Coast Oysters, which will be followed by Tuna, Avocado & Citrus cured Salmon Tartar. Next up is the delicious main meal which will be Grilled Springbok Loin. The last course will consist of Lemon, Mint & Dehydrated Yoghurt Sorbet, a Gluten Free Chocolate Slice and hand crafted Petit Fours to round it all off.
