Priced at R375 per person, the experience includes a three course dinner paired with five carefully selected Fairview wines, each chosen to complement a menu that also showcases the renowned Fairview cheeses.
- Guests can begin with a choice of Mushroom Arancini served with Fairview Brie and garlic aioli, or a comforting French Onion Soup accompanied by a Fairview Brie breadstick.
- For the main course, diners can choose between a hearty Winter Vegetable Pasta featuring roasted butternut, carrots, chickpeas, kale and Fairview Salada Blanc feta, a beautifully prepared Seared Linefish with puttanesca style salad and Fairview Salada Blanc feta, or a Flame Grilled Sirloin served with Fairview Blue Rock sauce, seasonal greens and fries.
- Dessert rounds off the evening with a vibrant Roasted Citrus Tart, combining roasted orange, grapefruit and lemon with whipped Fairview cream cheese, vanilla and honey crème for a bright and satisfying finish.
Each course is paired with a curated tasting that includes Charles Back Fairview Brut, Coastal Chenin, Grenache Blanc, Grenache Noir and Malbec, allowing guests to experience how each wine enhances the flavours on the plate. Those who discover a favourite can also order additional glasses or bottles during the evening.
