One Ingredient has teamed up with Siris Vintners Cape Wine Merchants, one of the Cape’s leading wine merchants, to launch new dining concept; “Private Kitchen” in Cape Town!
To celebrate, they are running a competition for the month of October, where you can win a five course dinner for six people prepared by Matt Manning chef, together with a specialised wine pairing by wine expert Terence van der Walt from Siris Vintners – all in the comfort of your own home!
“Private Kitchen” is a unique dining concept first made popular in the kitchens of Hong Kong. Although the experience varies from place to place, Private Kitchens are generally run from someone’s apartment in a residential neighbourhood, as an informal, under-the-radar ‘restaurant’. Private Kitchen makes fine dining accessible, bringing the chef into the relaxed atmosphere of your own home.
