Chef Leon & Team has put together an epic lamb spit braai menu to help you celebrate in style! Here’s what you can expect…
The Braai will run from 12pm – 5pm. R125 pp.
Spit Roasted Lamb served alongside a harvest table including:
– Mixed Seasonal Roasted Veggies
– Smoked Apple Coleslaw
– Samp & Beans
– Green Salad
And for those coming to join the party after 5pm, you’ll get to enjoy Boerie OR Roasted Veg Rolls at R50 each, served with caramelised onions, coleslaw and a tomato relish.
When the snack attack hits Local Artisanal Cheese Board R85 & Biltong & Local Charcuterie Board R95 will be available till 9pm.
