Blend your own Wine to celebrate the Harvest at Durbanville Hills!

It’s harvest time and for the next month you can celebrate the journey from vine to wine with a personalised experience at Durbanville Hills.

Every Thursday from 10 February until 17 March the cellar will open its doors from 18.00 for a sneak-peak behind the harvest scene.

After a glass of Durbanville Hills’ sparkling wine, the cellar tour will offer a glimpse into the winemaking process and the enormous team effort it takes to make wine. Taste the fermenting juice directly from the tanks and sample wines, like our winemakers do, directly from the barrel.

Realise the skill needed to blend a wine to perfection with a short, tutored wine blending experience where you will learn why certain cultivars and wine styles harmonise better than others.

The evening will conclude with a two-course dinner paired with wines from the Collectors Reserve range at the cellar’s award-winning restaurant, The Tangram.

Cost is R375 per person and space is limited to 30 people per night.
