Infinity Restaurant is leaning into the cooler season with a winter set menu that brings comfort, flavour, and a little extra polish to the table.
Available from Monday – Sunday, the menu gives guests the choice of two courses for R295 or three courses for R385, making it an inviting option for a relaxed lunch, dinner date, or any occasion that deserves more than the usual “what’s for supper?” debate.
With seasonal ingredients, hearty dishes, and elegant finishing touches, Infinity Restaurant’s winter menu proves that colder weather can be a very good reason to dine out.
- Starters include smoked beetroot and citrus salad with roasted pine nuts, sumac, rocket and hummus dressing, or a warming chicken and corn chowder soup served with freshly baked and toasted sourdough bread.
- For mains, guests can choose between grilled fish of the day with harissa potato, winter greens, miso soya butter sauce, lemon pinwheel and tempura fried prawn; chargrilled 250g sirloin medallion with mushroom gratin, caramelised onion purée, roasted root vegetables, pomme purée and red wine jus; or basil pesto gnocchi with roasted pine kernels, shaved parmesan and arugula.
- Dessert keeps the winter comfort going with options such as warm pumpkin-filled churro with caramel cremeux, crispy hazelnut feuilletine and cinnamon ice cream, or decadent dark chocolate mousse with mixed berries and beetroot compote, cardamom caramel, coffee and cardamom ice cream.
