A Lunch for Dad at Pepperclub Hotel with BBQ Pork Ribs, Beef Brisket and more!

Pepperclub Hotel is giving Father’s Day the full feast treatment with a generous lunch at Copa Restaurant, priced at R425 per person and R215 per child.

It’s hearty, relaxed, and clearly built for dads who say they’re “not that hungry” before going back for seconds.

What’s on the buffet menu?

  • Designed for dads who appreciate a proper plate, the menu starts with creamy Cajun potato soup served with meat dumplings, followed by a warm homemade bread selection that includes jalapeño and cheese bread, mini ciabatta rooster brood, biltong bread with blue cheese crumble and onion marmalade, plus garlic and herb knots. In other words, the bread course is not just “a little something for the table.”
  • The spread continues with garden favourites like classic coleslaw and roasted beetroot with honey, feta and walnut crumble, before moving to the carvery. Guests can look forward to BBQ marinated smoked pork ribs, smoked beef brisket pastrami with house rub, and classic accompaniments including Yorkshire pudding, gravy, whole grain mustard, cranberry jelly and chimichurri.
  • Mains bring even more comfort, with roast chicken pot pie, seafood potjie, pecorino and herb baby potatoes, corn on the cob with chilli, garlic and herb butter, and three-cheese mac and cheese with homemade tomato chutney.
  • Dessert keeps things proudly indulgent, from traditional malva pudding with vanilla anglaise to lemon meringue pie, chocolate cluster mini cheesecake and banana split pudding with charred bananas, vanilla crème patisserie and wafers.
