A Father’s Day Feast of Ribs, Prawns, and Castle Lite at Brass Bell

This year, Brass Bell in Kalk Bay is stretching the celebration across the whole weekend with a special Father’s Day Weekend Menu from Friday, 19 June to Sunday, 21 June 2026.

The menu is built for sharing, with generous feast platters that comfortably feed 3 to 4 people.

  • The Dad’s Grill Feast Platter brings together chargrilled sirloin, peri-peri chicken wings, smoky BBQ ribs, hand-cut fries, corn ribs, crispy onion rings and sauces for R795.
  • Seafood fans can go for the Dad’s Seafood Feast Platter at R995, loaded with tuna skewers, calamari, garlic prawns, hake goujons, fries and sauces.
  • For families who refuse to choose between land and sea, the Surf and Turf Feast Platter offers pork skewers, garlic prawns, calamari, savoury rice, corn ribs, seafood chowder, creamy mussels and sauces for R1295.
  • Dad can also tuck into the Father’s Day Signature Plates, with options such as sirloin, pork belly skewers and hake. Even better, each signature plate comes with a free Castle Lite draught.

Little ones are covered too, with all kids’ meals at R49 for the weekend. Add in ocean views, cold drinks and the relaxed Kalk Bay atmosphere, and Brass Bell has all the ingredients for a Father’s Day celebration that feels easy, generous and properly festive.
