SESAME TEMPURA CALAMARI
Poppy seed tempura squid tentacles and tubes served with Wasabi Mayo for R75. Add extra squid for another R55 to upsize your starter.

ANGUS BEEF BRISKET
8 hour slow smoked premium 200g Angus Beef Brisket served with triple cooked fries or green salad for R215. Add a garlic infused ciabatta for R135.
STEAK FRITES
Beautifully seasoned Angus ribeye that is flamed grilled over lava rocks and served with your choice of pomme puree, salad or triple cooked fries. Two options are available at 200g (R250) and 350g (R375)
CATCH OF THE DAY
Pan-fried locally and ethically sourced fish with quinoa, fennel, citrus and Beurre Noisette emulsion can be ordered for R220.
RISOTTO WITH MUSHROOM & LAMB BACON
Beautiful and creamy mushroom risotto, topped with pan-fried mushrooms, lamb bacon and crispy leeks. It’s drizzled lightly with truffle oil and available for R165. A vegetarian option can also be ordered.
