Upper Quay is making Tuesday evenings worth looking forward to with its thoughtfully curated Winter Date Night Menu, designed for relaxed evenings and memorable conversations.
Available every Tuesday throughout winter, the special offers guests the choice of a two-course menu for R425 per person or a three-course experience for R499 per person.
- Both options include a complimentary glass of Durbanville Hills Sauvignon Blanc or Merlot, adding the perfect finishing touch to the evening.
What’s on the Date Night Menu?
- The menu opens with a selection of comforting starters, including the Chef’s Soup of the Day, delicately Smoked Snoek Pâté served with melba toast, or richly flavoured Roasted Bone Marrow accompanied by chimichurri, aged Parmesan and toasted ciabatta.
- Main courses offer something for every palate. Guests can choose from Pan Fried Line Fish served with fennel basmati rice and seasonal vegetables, a tender 200g Fillet Steak with herb baby potatoes and red wine jus, creamy Chicken Florentine, or a fragrant Cape Malay Prawn Curry served with rice, crispy poppadom and traditional sambals.
- Dessert continues the indulgence with a choice of Summer Berry in Winter, featuring soaked bread filled with mixed berries and vanilla cream, a classic Malva Pudding with creamy custard sauce, or a silky Rooibos Crème Brûlée infused with South African rooibos.
