From July until the end of August, the winery is offering a limited-edition Hot Chocolate & Wine Pairing that brings together award-winning cool-climate red wines and handcrafted chocolate bombs for a tasting unlike any other.
Designed to celebrate the relationship between wine and flavour, the experience invites guests to prepare their own indulgent hot chocolate by adding a handcrafted chocolate bomb to steaming milk before finishing it with a splash of perfectly paired red wine. The result is a rich, warming drink that reveals new layers of flavour with every sip.
