Happy Hour at Fable Cape Town is not just a quick drink before dinner but your chance to enjoy some of the best cocktails in Cape Town.
It is a full cocktail chapter, complete with playful names, bold flavours and enough variety to keep regulars happily working their way through the menu.
Available until 7pm every day and all day on Sundays, the Happy Hour menu brings together signature cocktails, classics and a few Fable-style creations that arrive with plenty of personality.
- Guests can ease into the occasion with refreshing options like the one with the paintbrush, made with Inverroche Classic Gin, litchi, citrus and soda, or the nice one, featuring Juniper Moon Gin, cranberry, elderflower and lime.
- For something with a little extra attitude, the one with the handcuffs combines Don Julio Blanco, peach, lemon, CO2 and Fanta grape foam, while classics such as the Margarita, Paloma, Moscow Mule, Negroni, Old Fashioned and Dark n Stormy keep the cocktail purists very well looked after.
- The menu also includes after-dinner favourites like the Espresso Martini, made with Stoli Vodka, The Gentleman’s Coffee Liqueur and house cold brew, as well as the ever-popular Porn Star Martini with vanilla, passion fruit, lemon and Boschendal Brut.
- Those sharing the moment can order the one in the skull, a larger serve made with Jameson Select Reserve, Martell VS, cranberry, Fable tea blend, seasonal berries, white chocolate and citrus.
With drinks ranging from R85 to R170, Fable Cape Town’s Happy Hour is ideal for after-work catch-ups, pre-dinner drinks, Sunday sessions or spontaneous “just one cocktail” plans that may or may not stay at one.
